He previously served as the Asia-Pacific Director of Strategic Alliances for CA Technologies. Jacky is a Stanford University certified Life Coach (trained under Dr. BJ Fogg) and holds an Executive Leadership Certificate from MIT. He is an Lead Certified Coach, a certified Strengths-Based Leadership Coach, and a featured speaker for the North America Christian Educators Conference for many years. Additionally, he is a guest lecturer for Family Keepers International.
As the founder of LeadingAI, Jacky focuses on training young people in leadership and the practical application of Artificial Intelligence. Under his guidance, his teams have won multiple Amazon AI global competitions. Jacky is also a frequent contributor to Kingdom Resources and Family Keepers magazines, writing on leadership, parenting, family dynamics, and AI.
