Move Through the Pain

Since falling in early August and injuring my wrist and spine, and having surgery on the 29th, I have experienced significant emotional ups and downs due to continuous pain and limited mobility. Every day feels like a tug-of-war with myself, constantly using my willpower to remind myself: focus on every small bit of progress in the recovery process. I sincerely thank everyone for your consistent prayers and concern.

After starting rehabilitation, even the most basic finger stretching and elbow rotation require great caution and are full of challenges. Currently unable to bear weight, I can stand and walk; after sitting for one or two hours, I need to lie down flat. This experience has given me a profound realization of what a tremendous grace it is to be able to move my limbs freely.

Since the injury, I can't help but worry: will the days ahead all be accompanied by pain and limitations?

During this period, I canceled many scheduled trips, and even sending text messages on my phone was difficult—it seemed I couldn't do anything. However, the KRC staff team continued to advance all plans as usual—

  • Media Ministry: Editing and uploading the "Kingdom Treasure Hunt" video series, as well as recording and distributing the audio magazine. Please scan the channel QR Code.
  • Writing Ministry: Collaborating with "Fullness in Christ Fellowship" to synchronously distribute lecture videos and transcripts.
  • Workshops: The "Discipleship Training" series is now fully planned, with courses launching in October and November.
  • The 2026 Spring Retreat is being planned intensively.

On September 10, 2025, Charlie Kirk, who is active in conservative social movements in the United States and has considerable influence among young people, was assassinated during a university speech. In his Podcast and YouTube channels, he debated highly controversial moral issues with a respectful and sincere attitude. While grieving this tragedy, I also pondered: In an environment filled with hostility, can KRC discern truth, uphold truth, and offer pointed critique of the times with a respectful and sincere attitude? In this generation of mutual harm, no matter how painful, KRC needs to keep moving.

Financially, we still have a long way to go to reach our fundraising goal of $300,000. We earnestly ask you to scan the QR Code, invest your finances and talents, become a "Kingdom Warrior" or "KRC Friend," and actively encourage relatives and friends to join this endeavor. May you join hands with KRC to speak with one heart in this generation.

During this period, my pace has slowed down, giving me more time to settle, reflect, and pray. I increasingly value every partner of KRC, and to walk together with you in service is such a tremendous grace. Therefore, whenever I need to rest, I pray by name for the KRC family—board members, coworkers, volunteers, readers, donors... asking the Lord to personally watch over and keep them. This will be one of my most important ministries going forward.

In Christ,

Lily Yang
