Responses from readers of Kingdom of God Magazine

No distinction between doors or boundaries

The characteristic of "Kingdom of God" is that it truly presents the kingdom of God to the public regardless of portals or boundaries. The interview report on the "Family Church" and "Cangfang Church" in the 16th issue is an example; it impacted my reflection and rethinking of today's church route.

Discover your passion

After reading the article "When a headhunter takes a fancy to you" written by Brother Zhao Shiliang in issue 16, what impressed me most was that the headhunter asked the author for an interview to "discover" what kind of passion he had in him, which was worth it. "Pitch" to the company.

In fact, not only in the workplace, but also in the kingdom of God, do you know that your unique passion can make you fully devoted and unleash your potential that you never expected?

Promoting energy-saving cars is a very creative idea

After reading the article "The Concept of Promoting the Green Energy Industry" by Professors Zheng Zhiming and Wen Yingqian in the 16th issue, I found the article's idea of promoting energy-saving vehicles jointly by four major Chinese cities very creative. Economists in Asian countries are more open and confident about the concept of alliances with different countries or economies than Europe and the United States. Perhaps this is related to the advantages of the Chinese speaking the same language and easy integration (but it is not clear whether the four cities also have the same interests in terms of interests). Dedicate yourself to the issue of global warming without causing any disputes.)

In addition, regarding Taiwan’s policy of issuing consumer vouchers to stimulate the purchase of green energy products, readers would like to suggest that you can refer to the US government’s plan to encourage people to purchase houses with tax savings of US$8,000. There are also tax savings for purchasing green energy products to encourage people to buy more green energy products. energy products.

You will be blessed if you read it again and again.

From the first issue of "Kingdom of God" in 2005 to the 16th issue in June 2009, I have read every issue from beginning to end and enjoyed and benefited from every chapter. After reading, pass it on to a friend, or take it out and read it again after a while.

After retirement, I often try to absorb knowledge from the written word and media. During this process, I especially preferred "Kingdom of God" because it nourished my spiritual life. I recommend it to you and may you also be blessed by "Kingdom of God".

Rich knowledge and easy to understand

Every magazine has its own characteristics. After reading several issues of "Kingdom of God Magazine", I feel that this magazine provides a macro view of the phenomenon of the Christian church in this generation; it faithfully reports, witnesses, shares, and warns people and churches in the kingdom of God on how to " "The Word became flesh" to live out the life of Christ wisely and serve the people of this generation.

The magazine’s topics include family church, financial management and investment, green energy industry, and even learning lessons about life and faith from Chinese novels and the Bible. They are all thought-provoking topics that keep pace with the times. The authors of the magazine are a group of word evangelists, and you can see their careful management. Many articles are not only informative, but also easy to understand. They are masterpieces of vivid literary talent. Some of the life testimonies are even more heart-stirring...

Deep love, deep responsibility

I am a loyal reader of Kingdom of God Magazine. From the first issue to the present, I can’t put it down every issue. Because of this, I became very picky. There is no other reason than the deep love and deep responsibility. I hope that "The Kingdom of God Magazine" will continue to improve and reach new heights.

I have a few small comments about issue 16, and I would like to ask them:

In the article "Flying with Words", "take it after washing your hands" (page 56), I think it is more appropriate to change it to "take it after washing your hands". Confucius wrote "Lun Yu" (page 57), I think it is the "Analects of Confucius". "Lun" has a flat tone and is used as a noun, such as human relations and ethics. "Lun" is pronounced with a dropped tone and is used as a verb, such as talking; as a noun, such as a paper. When "Lun" is pronounced in plain tone, the title of the book is "The Analects of Confucius". "Forgiveness Process" (page 67), "My grandmother 'passed away' in a car accident when I was a freshman in high school." "Pass" and "go" are both verbs. "Pai" means to go or leave. I think it would be more appropriate to change it to "pass away" or "pass away", which means leaving the world.

The experience inheritance of writing camp

The first time I read "Abba, Teach Me How to Make Bread" (pages 58 to 60 of Issue 16), I intuitively thought it was about a father teaching his children how to make bread. Think about it, that’s not right! How does this relate to the theme of "Kingdom of God"? So read it again. Abba is the master, the child is the disciple, and the "bread" becomes the "article." ah! I understand, this is the experience inheritance of the writing camp.

"Making bread" (writing articles) cannot rely solely on interest and enthusiasm. The master teaches not only skills, but also attitudes and beliefs. Think about it again and extend it further. The Master is Jesus, and writing articles is to preach the gospel. "With your endurance and perseverance, I will always be with you, help you, and teach you everything you need to know." (page 60). Walking with the Lord, what a rich life!

I am filled with joy, and to paraphrase the conclusion of this article: "Come, child! Make bread with me." Yes, Lord, I do.

Thank you for such a wonderful, written ministry addressing varying spiritual, intellectual, and social flashpoints in our post-modern world. I' m an Anglo-American reader who enjoys your articles as they give me a Christian perspective through a different cultural lens. I hope that you will expand your offering of articles in English. I also enjoy looking at the colorful layout and the Chinese writing, even though I can't read it!
