Face up to universal poverty

The special issue of the last issue, "Looking to the Ends of the Earth Issue 7: Facing Universal Poverty and Trying to Share the Lord's Love," is both macroscopic and detailed, with a rational analysis and compassionate sensibility, which fully demonstrates the depth, breadth and strength of the KRC team. As the founder, Ms. Gao Lili, said: "Our faith never avoids problems, but always leads us to face the core of the problem and solve the problem from the root." The articles of your magazine have indeed led readers towards this goal.

On page 11 of the album, I saw that the "Looking to the Ends of the Earth Album" in the past few years has talked about Korea, Africa, the Islamic world, India, Egypt, global indigenous peoples, etc. I really want to read it carefully. How can I obtain the past Your magazine?

✽Regards from the editorial team: We are actively working on a major project to put all articles from the Kingdom of God magazine from the first issue to the latest issue on the website. We hope to complete it before the end of this year. By then, reading and retrieval will be convenient. Please help us with the manpower and time. Pray for funds.

The courage to reach out

The 36th issue of your magazine, "Facing Universal Poverty", reports on the poverty alleviation ministry of Taiwan's "Christian Friends Center". Pastor Li Zhenglong and his team's practice and practice are touching and admirable. A few months ago, I saw reports in the news that staff at the center were killed and injured by mentally disturbed recipients, which made me even more aware of the arduous challenges faced by frontline charity ministries. In particular, the ministry of the center is not to rush to the disaster area after a catastrophic disaster, strive for exposure in the media crowd, and end it in a few days, but to cultivate it day by day, month by month, and year by year with the love of the Lord. It is really not easy. Got it!

Seeking new horizons of beauty

I really enjoy reading the works of Pastor Su Wen'an, the editor-in-chief of your magazine. After reading 36 issues of your magazine, I realized that this person has been publishing analysis of the Three Kingdoms, Water Margin, Journey to the West, Red Mansions and Jin Yong's martial arts world in your magazine over the past few years, leading us to think about "from Tebowing to Linsanity", and accompanying us "from the legend of Zhen Huan in the harem to viewing love and Perhaps the talented writer of "Humanity" has overused his eyesight for many years, right? I almost went blind! However, this also allows readers to appreciate the gripping testimony of "Seeking a Beautiful New Horizon".

Among relatives and friends, not all of them have undergone cataract surgery, but only one of them can profoundly share "how to have a new spiritual vision" as a result. In fact, from the chief editor to the editors of various companies, they are all people who are eager to learn, think deeply and refine their writing skills. This is the characteristic of your team.

After reading this article, many people want to know how to find Dr. You if you suffer from eye diseases? Fortunately, although the full name is not written in the article, there are clues in the photo on page 39!

Sincerely grateful

After reading the 36th issue of KRC magazine, I was very moved and praised it from the bottom of my heart! The theme of each issue is very unique to attract attention. The writers trained by KRC Writing Camp are all masters.

In the last issue, we also saw teacher Li Li’s Aiko’s sharing. This young man with a kind heart who loves the Lord really points out the negligence of us Christians and the church, and also makes us reflect and take caring actions.

During the Pennsylvania camp in July, I was fortunate enough to attend teacher Li Li’s class. Through her personal story, we got to know her better. Although the class time was limited, we already learned what we wanted to learn. I also had the opportunity to work with her in the camp, and I saw her role model of being hands-on and leading by example.

May KRC magazine and camps continue to bless thousands of people around the world.

Statements and Reflections

Dear Reader:

The author wrote in the 12th issue of this magazine (May 2008) "Woman, your name is Weak?" 〉In an article, I introduced Ms. Somaly Mam from Cambodia who was sold into a prostitute as a child. After escaping, she established an organization to rescue young prostitutes.

In May this year, "Newsweek" revealed that the tragic experiences described by Somalia in her autobiography were purely fictional. The author shares the shock and regret of many people who appreciate and support her, and apologizes for not being able to conduct a more detailed investigation before publishing this article.

The author deeply regrets that Ms. Somalia chose to pave the way for ministry through exaggeration, and she has since retired from the organization. I hope that the ministry she has been running for many years will not stop here, because there are still many injured daisies waiting for help to get out of dark corners. I also hope that there will be a special article in the future to reflect more deeply on "how to glorify God in every thought, word, and deed while serving others."

Yours sincerely, Lin Minwen
