Lord, I want to be able to see!
Jesus stopped...and asked him, "What do you want me to do for you?" He said, "Lord, I want to see!" (Luke 18:40-41)
In late January 2016, when I was writing this article, the eastern United States was suddenly hit by a rare snowstorm. On Sunday morning, the town was frozen, and all the churches in the snow circle canceled their services. I worshiped and prayed in the quiet study: "Lord, I want to be able to see. I want to see what You are doing in this generation so that I can work with You!"
Pastor Su Wen'an, the editor-in-chief of this magazine, shared in an online prayer meeting for co-workers. Our ministry partner, Ding Yuanping (Ding Ge), president of Tianen Publishing House, asked Pastor Su to provide the 2016 theme and focus plan for each issue. Pastor Su responded Said: "Believe it or not, the focus of every issue since its inception has been reached by team members seeking God's will and observing the recent pulse of the church, society, and culture, and a consensus was reached in a cross-continental and cross-state telephone editorial meeting. It should be regarded as a miracle that has lasted for ten years. However, we cannot provide you with the overall theme of the year and the national focus of the four seasons at once. I am very sorry!"
Yes, this is indeed a great miracle! From its inception to the present, "Kingdom of God" magazine has the chief editor, executive editor, nine unit editors, three art editors, four online magazine editors, and several administrative and logistics colleagues. In addition to some subsidies, 95% is a volunteer and distributes The United States, Taiwan and other regions are each keenly paying attention to the surrounding and global developments, diligently participating in church and community services, and supporting and encouraging each other through the Internet and phone calls. In this way, we walk and fight together to experience each episode of miracles. . The same is true in this issue. Each unit invariably focuses on the establishment of relationships, and under the leadership of the Holy Spirit, once again completes a collective beautiful creation. And you are the reader of this creation.
In this issue, I would like to introduce you to a key figure in KRC: Pastor Su Wen’an. When I decided to start a literature camp in 1998, the first speaker I thought of was Rev. Su Wen-an, the founding editor-in-chief of "Taifu" weekly, the then editor-in-chief of "Love Family" magazine, and now the vice president of "True Love Family Association". After listening to me briefly describing the vision and plan of the literature camp on the phone, his answer was not to think about it or pray, but "when?" So from 1999 to 2015, in the past sixteen years, he not only trained and supported hundreds of students, including All outstanding literary ministers, including all KRC core members, have taken the lead in practicing his famous saying, "Workers come before work." In addition, he truly embodies the mutual encouragement between me and KRC speakers: "Every speaker in the KRC workshop is also a professional pastor." Not only does he promote teaching, he also pastors hundreds of people who have participated Students at the Literary Camp. For this reason, we cannot but thank Mrs. Lishan for her strong support for him and her gentle acceptance and patient care for the KRC camp participants. Their three children, Panquan, Zhenquan, and Enquan, all serve in KRC with their parents. In this issue, Pastor Su’s third series of family altars and his own personal experience should not be missed.

Finally, thank the Lord. In last year’s year-end greeting letter, I frankly shared with you KRC’s urgent financial needs. Once again, through your generous support, we experienced God’s faithfulness: On December 30, I was driving At that time, I received a call from Professor Wen Yingqian, the chairman of the board of directors, telling me that all the bills could be paid. I cried: just like the past seventeen years, we have been confirmed again that this work must continue! Thank you that together we have experienced the faithfulness of God the Father!
In 2016, KRC's financial challenges remained severe. On the basis of making sure every precious donation is used at critical moment, our ministry still needs at least US$120,000. We hope you will continue to support and work with us! Welcome to write:lily@e-krc.org
