Let us be a blessing to others

I'm always busy, but especially lately! I was already busy with ministry, church, home, and work, but recently I lost several of my best assistants at work because they were poached. After two or three years of training, several subordinates became popular targets inside and outside the company, and were finally hired away with high salaries one by one. So, at the beginning of the new year, I had to be busy recruiting and training new people. Originally, many projects had dedicated people in charge, and people helped to host meetings, but now they had to do everything personally. This experience made me observe several things:

First, several of my most high-profile right-hand men were small roles in the company that no one paid attention to a few years ago. However, after several years of training, they have all become coveted targets by managers.

Second, planned and systematic training, coupled with opportunities to develop, can produce the best talents.

Third, talents will become the object of competition, just like my subordinates will be poached by various departments and even other companies with high salaries.

Fourth, when I decide to consider the future and benefits of my subordinates, bless and encourage them to pursue their own prospects, I find that the circulation of talents brings overall progress.

Fifth, since I need to hire new people, I have the opportunity to recruit better people and redefine the training plan. I also have the opportunity to correct past mistakes and bring the entire department to a higher standard.

Sixth, when I am willing to bless others, other departments, and even other companies, I gain many friends at the same time and am blessed by it. So, my conclusion is that when we are willing to bless others, we will be blessed.

This is exactly what the Kingdom Resource Center wants to do. We believe that since God the Father has given each of us a unique talent, we are willing to do everything we can to help brothers and sisters develop, equip and provide opportunities to develop this talent. We also believe that since we are all part of Christ's team, there is no distinction between you and me. The Kingdom Resource Center is willing to work with all churches and organizations to help churches cultivate various talents and encourage talents to work for all organizations. For example, after seven years of literature camp, the works of the students we trained today have been published in various institutional magazines, major newspapers and tabloids, and they have successively become co-editors of the journals of the churches to which they belong.

In August this year, in addition to writing camps and art camps, we also have cultural camps, financial management and investment camps, and drama camps. I hope that through these camps, more people will use their talents to bless the church and society, glorify God the Father, and thereby bring blessings to themselves. (See pages 78~79 for details)

The focus of this issue of "Kingdom Community" is prison ministry. We have overcome all difficulties and invited Pastor Ji Fuzan, who has been in prison for murder for more than 14 years, to give his own words. It is very shocking and warning, and you will not want to miss it. (Please read pages 70~77) We sincerely hope you enjoy this issue of the magazine that we have carefully produced, and your letter is our greatest encouragement. Our email address is info@krcenter.org. Finally, I wish you to be a blessing person and receive new blessings in the new year.
