Connecting to Ancient Wisdom
I read the first and second lectures of Pastor Su Wen'an's "Appreciating Four Wonderful Books and Thinking about Human Nature": Appreciation of Water Margin. It was really amazing.
I read the children's editions of China's four major classical literary masterpieces when I was a child, and they were also included in Chinese textbooks in middle school, but that's all. I believed in the Lord after coming to the United States. For 20 to 30 years, I never thought about how these works were related to my life and faith.
From the 16th and 17th issues of Pastor Su’s masterpiece, I suddenly discovered: It turned out that "Water Margin", which I had always thought was written in classical Chinese, was actually written in vernacular Chinese in the contemporary era of writing; it turned out that my daily language, even my words and deeds Among them, there is no lack of the subtle influence of "Water Margin"; in addition, high-level literature and art will surely transcend time, space and culture, and inspire reflection on life and faith.
"Kingdom of God" has always emphasized breakthroughs and forward-lookingness, but it is willing to go back and build a bridge to connect with ancient Chinese wisdom. For readers, this is a surprising and unexpected gain! I am very curious about how the author will introduce and integrate "Journey to the West", "A Dream of Red Mansions" and "The Romance of the Three Kingdoms"?

Macroscopic yet detailed
When mentioning Africa, what comes to mind are wild beasts, colonists, explorers, missionaries, black slaves, deserts, AIDS, genocide, famine... as if thousands of historical pictures, movie scenes and news footage are mixed together. The stacking is dazzling but the impression is blurry.
Thank you for the 17th issue of "Kingdom of God", in the outreach, culture, community, talent and other units, for taking me to understand the past, present and future of Africa from different angles, macroscopically and delicately, and for providing me with specific ways to care about and participate in this distant continent. .
This is what I admire most about your editorial team. Members are located around the world and work together through the Internet to provide a global perspective and create a new model for the planning and operation of postmodern Chinese Christian publications.

The shock of Mozambique
I received 17 issues of "Kingdom of God" from a friend. At first glance, the cover title seems a bit heavy, because the AIDS problem in Africa seems to be so serious that no one can do anything about it.
When I read the article "God is in Africa, there is never a shortage" written by Liao Meihui in the "Kingdom Outreach" section, my soul was greatly shocked. It’s incredible to me that the Beheidi couple were willing to be sent by God to the poorest country to spark such a huge revival—to establish 5,000 churches in five years. But think about it, God is a supernatural God, and nothing is impossible with Him.
May God himself bless "Kingdom of God" and sincerely look forward to more inspiring articles written by "Kingdom of God".

Who is my neighbor?
I myself went to Africa twenty years ago, and my impression of Africa always rested on the need for Western missionaries to help the local people.
When I saw the report on the African special topic "Kingdom Community" in the 17th issue of your magazine and "Who is My Neighbor" written by Pastor Li Daohong, I couldn't calm down for a long time, and I couldn't even eat. The pictures of Africa in magazines suddenly seemed to be very close to me and became a burden in my heart.
Coincidentally, not long after reading this magazine, my teenage daughter volunteered to use her pocket money to adopt a little African girl with AIDS for a year! God is always doing wonderful things. The premise is that we must first prepare our hearts to match the environment God gives us, and then He will allow us to truly experience Him.

Offering a fragrant sacrifice to the gospel
Since my eldest brother Yang Jingya inherited and practiced Teacher Su Wen'an's "Seven Every Movement", I have been fortunate enough to witness numerous documents, albums, books, and translations produced by brothers and sisters in the literature camp... all kinds of hard-working first-line literature ministry materials, not just Personal benefit? I share these text messages with small groups, fellowships, neighbors, and friends. "Kingdom of God" has become a distribution channel that supplies people's daily needs around the world. It has witnessed that God's love reaches far and wide, not just within the reach of the 10/40 window?
The "Kingdom Resources for Christ Association" sows the seeds of the gospel, strengthens the resolve of believers, and unites to offer fragrant sacrifices to the gospel, becoming a blessing to everyone.
May "Kingdom of God" be invincible in the work of the kingdom of God, glorifying God and benefiting people. "For whoever respects me, I will respect him." (Refer to 1 Samuel 2:30) May God value and bless your faithfulness!

Think about what else to do?
After reading the 17th issue of "Kingdom of God" about the African Century Plague and AIDS orphans, I kept feeling uncomfortable: The inverted triangle of the continent is three times larger than the United States. It is poor, helpless, and in urgent need of foreign aid, and every three dollars in aid, They only had six cents; the spread of HIV and AIDS has left many pregnant women with AIDS and despair to their unborn babies! What else can we do besides pray?

Financial management articles are so lively and interesting
When I opened the seventeenth issue of "The Kingdom of God", I saw a photo of a cute baby. Those big, surprised eyes caught my attention. Driven by curiosity, I couldn't wait to read the article. What’s incredible is that the author has made articles about “investment and financial management” that I have never been interested in so vivid and interesting! He clearly told us the six thinking directions, which further increased my confidence in financial management. Thank you Lord Jesus, He is the bright morning star who illuminates the rugged road and enables us to get through crisis after crisis safely.

Feeling the same every word
The article "The Bamboo Fence in the Heart" in issue 17 of "Kingdom of God" is so realistic! I feel the same way every word. In addition to cherishing each other, I also agree with what the author's friend said: "Obedience is more important than filial piety"; it is better to make the elderly happy than to make them angry! I also like the expert’s response; she teaches us how to set up walls of love, not only to protect ourselves, but also not to tolerate the other person, so that both parties have their own responsibilities and can enjoy the peace and joy given by God.
