Responding to God's Call
"Over the past three years, in order to care for my family, I’ve traveled to Asia twice a year, fully embracing the concept of digital nomadism. The greatest benefit of these trips has been the opportunity to meet interviewees face-to-face, visit their work environments, and listen to their stories of challenges, journeys, and visions for their ministries. In the summer of 2024, amidst torrential rain, I traveled to Xindian, New Taipei City, Taiwan, with our editor Lin Min-Wen. We interviewed a sister who established a 'Resting Station' for pastors' wives. Her calm yet gentle voice, much like the rich, warm coffee on the table, made us feel her heartfelt care for the tireless pastors' wives in her 'Station.'"
On the same day, within just a few hours, we managed to interview two groups of writers and media professionals. At noon, we visited the Asia Impact Center of the Christian Tribune, where we enjoyed a delicious lunch while listening to the CEO share how they promote diverse influences through media. Later, we 'rushed' to the Grace Publishing House to interview President Ding Huaizhen. Thoughtful and humble, he carefully reflected on and answered our questions, sharing his experience of transitioning from a tech company to the publishing industry. KRC has collaborated with Grace Publishing House for many years, and the warm hospitality of several sisters made Min-Wen and me feel right at home.
Knowing these interviewees is truly a blessing from God. Whether as organizations or individuals, through outreach or deep cultivation, counseling or comforting, God’s people faithfully respond to His calling everywhere, using the resources He has provided. For example, the Asia Forum for Leadership Impact is working to connect churches and expand the borders of God’s Kingdom, while Grace Publishing House is dedicated to rooting itself in the publishing industry, providing high-quality content as nourishment for a life of faith. *KRC Magazine* is honored and committed to interviewing and editing these inspiring stories, with the hope that through these encouraging and thought-provoking reports, you too will be blessed by God and moved to participate in these ministries, becoming a part of advancing the Great Commission.

In this digital age, traditional media seems to have faded and waned. I can hardly imagine a day when physical books can only be found in museums. Indeed, fewer and fewer people are willing to subscribe to print magazines, and attention spans rarely hold long enough to finish reading thousands of words in one article. Whether it’s the regularly published print magazine or the weekly recommended digital articles, the editorial team of the KRC Magazine remains steadfast in responding to God’s call to be a medium for His Kingdom. They aim to inspire both themselves and their readers to—Connect with God, people, and oneself in many ways, and bear abundant fruit.
And when you respond to God’s prompting by sharing articles or offering your support through donations, you become an essential part of connecting and building God’s Kingdom.
