Issue 42
Kingdom Communication

Winter comes, the Lord is kind and warm

When winter comes without warning, warm longing overflows in the chest. For me, 2015 was full of gratitude and nostalgia. My son got married in the spring when flowers were in full bloom. The bride was not only smart, beautiful and God-fearing, but also capable and virtuous! This is the “daughter” God gave me in answer to my prayers, and it is beyond what I asked for or imagined!

There is another thing that makes me fall down and worship and praise God every time I think about it, that is, the Kingdom of God (KRC) team members are like family. In the past ten years, we have spent our precious time, energy and money to serve in the KRC family without any regrets, hoping to contribute to the kingdom of God the Father!

In each issue of the article, I am always impressed again and again by the wonderful works of the Holy Spirit! Although we have a chief editor, executive editor, art editor, and six Chinese and English planning editors and their teams, every time we collect articles, we always find that everyone feels the same way and talks about the same theme. This issue is no exception, mostly talking about hope and happiness in the midst of life's sufferings! (Yes, it is happiness!)

In this issue, I want to share my KRC family with you. Most of them have been walking with me in the Kingdom of God for more than ten years. So I'm going to start with the newest addition to the team.

Our former executive editor, sister Weng Jingyu, graduated from the Department of Philosophy of National Taiwan University. She has many talents. She has quietly worked under pressure to fill vacancies for many years and has outstanding execution ability. For many reasons, she had to leave us to work in a publishing house. In spite of all the reluctance, we would like to express our sincere gratitude and best wishes to her. After prayer, the Holy Spirit moved Sister Li Wenping to take over the position of executive editor. Sister Wenping graduated from the Philosophy Department of Beijing Normal University. Her writing style is exquisite and beautiful, and she combines many talents of poets, writers and website designers. Most importantly, her abundant love and devotion to the Lord Jesus are touching. The difficult years of growing up gave her a keen insight and made her life more exciting. She has been my prayer companion for many years.

In addition, KRC has another gratifying event. For seventeen years, KRC has been served voluntarily by volunteers. However, with the development of the ministry, many tasks urgently need dedicated personnel to promote them to avoid deficiencies and delays. After years of prayer and the dedication of two elders in the Lord, Sister Li Yingfang, who had been a volunteer for many years, resigned from her high-paying job with faith and became the first full-time co-worker as the Secretary-General of the KRC Taiwan Branch. Sister Ying Fang was born in a poor family and experienced firsthand how God promoted her to become a true princess in heaven. Her other half, brother Jiang Jizhou, is a full supporter behind her. Ying Fang received her master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania in the United States. She is an all-round management executive and my prayer partner for many years. We often share our vision and enthusiasm for KRC together. Thank you Father God for His wonderful works!

Every co-worker in the KRC family is a strange person, and everyone’s story is wonderful. Our team includes the board of directors, Kingdom of God magazine editorial team, administrative volunteers, Taiwan branch board of directors, Taiwan camp volunteers, conference consultants, financial consultants, and legal consultants, located on both sides of the Pacific. I ask God for inspiration to share the stories of our team members with you in every issue going forward.

For more than ten years, the team has been silently striving for the best in everything - the best editing, art editing and printing quality. It strives to make all contributions be used at the right moment, and the printing fee, postage fee and manuscript fee for each issue are still one yuan. A considerable amount of money. At the end of each year in the past, we have witnessed God’s faithful provision, allowing us to settle all the payments. At this point in the year, the Chairman of the KRC Board of Directors told us that for the first time, we urgently need at least US$30,000 to make up for all our needs this year. Please pray for the KRC ministry. If you are moved, please join the dedication team and let us experience the miracle of five loaves and two fishes together!
