Mission to preach the Kingdom of God becomes a New Year gift

From December 26 to 30, 2013, I was invited to attend the Chinese Mission Conference held by the Christian Messengers Association in East Baltimore, USA. Nearly 3,000 people came from all over the world to attend the conference. A total of 54 missionary and gospel organizations participated in the exhibition, and many written publications were also given away at the venue. A brief breakdown of statistics: newspapers include "The Sound of the Trumpet", small magazines include "Messenger" and "CITIC", and large magazines include: "Overseas Campus", "Lifting Eyes", "Kingdom of God", "Church", etc., most of them are saddle-stitched. Only "Kingdom of God" and "Church" are exquisitely bound with book backs.

In the mission conference, the topic of discipleship has attracted much attention from churches and institutions. In Professor Guo Zhenyou's special lecture on "Discipleship Mission", he specially shared the "four missions" - preaching the gospel, preaching life, preaching service, and spreading out. Encourage churches to use effective discipleship tools in their ministry strategies. While listening, I couldn't help but think that written publications can be a help to the "four missions", especially in spreading life and service. I discussed and reflected on various issues from reading spiritual magazines, plus touching testimonies of life's impact on life. Not only can it broaden the readers’ vision of the kingdom, but it can also inspire us to be disciples of the Lord, imitate Christ, and run on the road that is in line with God’s will. As we welcome 2014, we hope that the "Kingdom of God" magazine will be a good helper for your "four missions" and use it to send to the pastors, elders, seminarians, relatives and friends around you as the most meaningful New Year's gift; please use this page The Kingdom of God website below asks for an email. Please don’t forget to offer the blessing of five loaves and two fishes to “The Kingdom of God” when you are moved to read it and feel grateful to remember it!
