Taking care of all-round health of body, mind and soul

[Taiwan KRC Report] Take care of all-round health of body, mind and soul

Report/He Fumei

The epidemic affects people's physical, mental and mental health. In the first half of 2022, Taiwan KRC adheres to the characteristics of forward-looking, breakthrough, challenging, practical, knowledge, touching, and action, and launches lectures that take care of all-round health of body, mind, and soul.

"No-Bake Seven-Star Cheesecake" Workshop

On March 5, Executive Director Xie Mingjin taught how to make seven-star cheesecake with health in mind, allowing ordinary families to make exquisite desserts without the need for an oven. Participants shared that they didn’t expect this cheesecake to actually improve parent-child and marital relationships! The family enjoys delicious food happily and benefits both physically and mentally.

"The Power of Talk" Lecture

The epidemic in Taiwan has surged, and many people's physical and mental health have been affected. On May 28th, Professor Chen Henglin reminded students in the "Power of Conversation" lecture that speaking and listening are the most important tools of "conferencing", and shared the process and experience of coaching, counseling, and psychotherapy. Strategies, dissecting the subtle techniques of helping others from interview records.

Chen Henglin said that after participating in the KRC Cultural Practice Camp ten years ago, he successfully published "Coach Leadership" and "Coach Parenting". Five years ago, he was invited to serve as a lecturer at the KRC Business Management Workshop, giving him more opportunities to exert influence and contribute to the success of the industry. Thank you for this. After the meeting, based on the participants’ sharing, they all believed that this was a high-quality course to enhance the “power of conversation”. I would like to thank Professor Chen Henglin for his selfless sharing.

"Professional Experts in Early Childhood Education" Training

Director Lin Roushen said that the epidemic has seriously affected the physical and mental condition of the teachers in Yiqiu Kindergarten where she serves. KRC in Taiwan was invited to hold a "Professional Masters in Early Childhood Education" course for school teachers and administrators on May 30, with the author and health teacher Liang Zhangyan focusing on improving self-image and understanding one's own body.

Through the story of the water cup, the ruler of grace, and the video of life, the author guides everyone to think about how to cherish the present, because only with life can we build. Liang Zhangyan introduced the meridians and several important acupoints to maintain the precious immune system of human beings. The author also uses his own workplace experience to encourage early childhood education practitioners: to improve their professionalism and enthusiasm; to be financially responsible and free of debt burdens; and to manage team interpersonal relationships. Finally, I encourage everyone to always be happy, because a happy heart is good medicine; a healthy spirit will also benefit the body and mind.
