KRC’s promotional experience connecting fellow travelers

I’m lucky to know KRC, Ivy League school is inferior to me

While studying at the University of Pennsylvania, an "Ivy League" graduate school in the United States, I participated in the cultural camp of Kingdom Resources for Christ (KRC) for the first time in 2009, which was an eye-opener. At that time, I had seen top talents from all over the world who had achieved great success, but none of them were as shocking and moving as KRC - brothers and sisters who are leading in various fields, transcending age, environmental constraints and worldly success, and humbly committing themselves to Christ for many years. , continue to break through, equip, serve and grow together, not seeking applause, just walking in God’s will.

After returning to Taiwan, I became a year-round volunteer at KRC. In July 2014, Teacher Gao Lili invited me to serve full-time at KRC. After more than a year of prayer and confirmation, I gave up my enviable job in a well-known listed company. Since September 2015, I have become the first full-time staff member of KRC in seventeen years. KRC’s dream is to enable “Christ’s team, regardless of denomination, church group, institution, family or individual, to work together and work together as one for the expansion of the kingdom.” I am honored to represent KRC as a Kingdom Connector. Work is like silk thread, stringing together beautiful and shiny beads scattered everywhere.

Flowers and trees in the sun change into spring—"Huashen" and KRC

Thank God, because He took the initiative to arrange a free copy of the "Kingdom of God" magazine, the Lord gave me the opportunity at the end of March this year (2016) to meet with Pastor Huang Xurong, the editor-in-chief of "Campus" magazine, to share the current status of KRC's ministry. Editor-in-Chief Huang praised the simple and powerful way of donating copies of Kingdom of God magazine, and also called Teacher Gao Lili and Pastor Su Wen’an as the predecessors of literary ministry, and affirmed KRC’s two major ministries: 1. Kingdom of God magazine spreads around the world , with in-depth reporting in various fields. 2. The cultural practice camp held every year discovers and equips talents in various fields in the Kingdom of God.

Editor-in-chief Huang also mentioned that "Huashen" seemed to be interested in opening a Chinese language course. Based on this "information", I took the initiative to contact Mr. Liao Yuanwei, director of the Promotion and Education Department of Huashen. Two days later, I got an appointment to share KRC's vision, ministry, and God. The rich grace and how I respond to God’s call. Every time I share a camp (in the United States, Taiwan or Europe), Teacher Liao immediately picks up the calendar to see if the time is feasible. He has also been committed to Christ for KRC for seventeen years. He has quietly served the churches almost entirely as a volunteer, bringing out the seven characteristics of boldness, breakthrough power, challenge, application, knowledge, inspiration and action. Deeply moved by the report. While being moved, he also took action, actively contacted other departments of Huashen, and regularly shared KRC information with everyone.

The Beauty of Joining Hands—The Christian Tribune and KRC

On a Saturday when the cherry blossoms were in full bloom, the cordial and sincere smile of Teacher Chen Jingzhi, a consultant for "The Kingdom of God" magazine and one of the founders of Taiwan's KRC, flashed in my mind, so I picked up the phone. Thank the Lord, we will meet in Taipei soon. Teacher Chen was happy that KRC finally had a full-time staff member and also gave some valuable suggestions. Like many alumni pastors, he was also impressed by the Kingdom of God Cultural Practice Camp on the cruise ship and the European Renaissance Cultural Tour. He very much agreed with the uniqueness of the camp combining tourism to make faith a living and a life of faith!

A morning of gathering and sharing gave me the excitement of family reunion and the feeling of God's grace. Thanks to his suggestions, links and referrals, within a few days, I immediately had the opportunity to share KRC’s ministry with Christian Tribune President Cheng Chung-shin, and the two organizations began to work together. I once again experienced a miracle - if God really wants to accomplish it, the length of time does not matter at all. Thank you and praise the Lord!

Sharing the best products - "Trust, Hope and Love" and KRC

"Faith, Hope, Love, Faith and Bible Resource Center", a pioneer of Christian online platforms, has been ranked first among traditional Chinese Christian websites in the world in Alexa records of global website traffic rankings for many years. Because of our mutual involvement in the literature ministry, I also took the initiative to connect and had the opportunity to meet the CEO, Mr. Chen Fengxiang, in Tainan. We were excited and grateful to each other for how God led KRC and the ministry of Faith, Hope and Love to bless the whole world. . She was kind, picked up the recent "Kingdom of God" I brought, weighed it, and said seriously and surprisedly: "It's free! It's very substantial!" She even said, "I want to share good things with everyone." Very We are happy to cooperate with KRC and will open a "Kingdom of God" magazine column on the Faith, Hope and Love website.

If you care about the Kingdom of God because of reading "The Kingdom of God", God will also care about his/her affairs.

I also had the honor to represent KRC teachers and have a meal with Huashen teacher Wu Xianzhang in the Huashen student restaurant. Teacher Wu always paid attention to the classmates and teachers passing by, and casually shared the magazines and camp information I brought with everyone. It is also said that promotion requires time and accumulation, and someone needs to bear the burden; it is good to be anxious and committed to the Lord, but it does not have to be done overnight! In the general direction, he suggested that KRC should continue to pay attention to church developments, but not to be too ahead of the church, and encouraged me to proactively contact other seminary presidents to promote the magazine.

There are many similar camps. What are the characteristics of KRC?

Currently, there are more and more writing courses and camps in Taiwan. I also have the opportunity to explain the differences of KRC camps:

1. The vision is diversified. Literary ministry is only the beginning and the foundation, but it is not the only one. KRC camp has nearly 20 types of workshops, such as leadership, management, worship, food, care, dance, art, etc., aiming to inject the cultural perspective of the Kingdom of God into all aspects of life.

2. The works of students from the Chinese Literature Camp can be published. Since 2002, KRC has successively published "Life's Soup", a total of five cups, containing real experiences, wonderful testimonies, fruits of faith, and meaningful sketches.

3. Each teacher at the KRC camp not only teaches professionally, but also provides spiritual pastoral care.

last words

There were also many responses, saying that the magazine "Kingdom of God" is commendable for extending faith from personal salvation to the kingdom community and expanding people's minds and horizons. During the connection visit, the shepherds and teachers showed a broad and godly view of the kingdom. I also had a great fear of God—it was Him who opened the door to connection, gave touching moments and words, and touched the shepherds and teachers. their hearts. KRC ministry connects top talents from all walks of life with a kingdom perspective, and I believe it will continue to bring heavenly influence!
