Two In-Person Only Workshops in Charlotte, NC

SATURDAY NOV 7th, 10am-12pm
Discipleship Through Friendship — Part 1
What if discipleship looked less like adding another program to your calendar and more like learning to recognize what God can do through the relationships you already have?
Part 1 explores friendship as a meaningful context for spiritual formation. We’ll consider how ordinary relationships can become places of encouragement, honesty, growth and intentional discipleship without making friendship feel forced or transactional.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to be genuinely present with people while also creating space for Christ-centered growth.
Discipleship can begin with something remarkably ordinary: being a good friend.
SATURDAY NOV 14th, 10am-12pm
Part 2 moves from the foundation of friendship into the practice of walking intentionally with others over time.
We’ll explore how trust develops, how deeper spiritual conversations emerge naturally, and how friends can encourage one another toward greater maturity in Christ. You’ll consider practical ways to pray, listen, challenge, encourage and remain present through different seasons of another person’s life.
The goal isn’t to turn every friendship into a project. It’s to learn how genuine friendship can become fertile ground for mutual spiritual growth.
Come explore what it can look like when friendship and discipleship become part of the same life together.
