SATURDAY OCT 24th, 10am-12pm
Healthy small groups don’t happen by accident. Behind every meaningful gathering are dozens of small decisions that help people stay connected, cared for and engaged.
This workshop explores the practical side of building and sustaining a healthy small group: from communication and scheduling to follow-up, shared responsibility, group rhythms and creating an environment where people actually want to return.
If you lead a Bible study, ministry team, fellowship group or other Christian community, this workshop will help you think beyond the meeting itself and build the structure that supports lasting community.
Because sometimes the most important work of a small group happens before anyone walks through the door.
